In this article the basics conception of noo-sphere evolution of socio-economic systems is introduced. The author is consistently advocating the thesis about the necessity of the environment dynamic consideration in the models of economic development. Based on the synthesis of theory of noo-sphere of V.I. Vernadskiy and subjective approach of S.L. Rubinshtein the allocation of three macro-periods of economic development is proposed: economy of adaptation; economy of biosphere and economy of noo-sphere. The position that in the current time the socio-economic system is entering the phase of economy of noo-sphere is substantiated.
