Mark estimation of the efficiency of work of trading workers of system of consumer cooperation’s in the Republic of Tatarstan

This article presents fundamentals point to assess the effectiveness of the pay system. System of an estimation of stimulation of work on linear ascending and descending line was disclosed. Proven them use undertakings of consumer cooperatives. Recommendations to improve the mark estimations in payment are offered.
