In modern conditions significantly the role of regional development of transport as a whole and its individual segments increases, because the transport factor influences on the effectiveness of the real economy. Reduction in operation costs of freight transport, the identification of performance growth reserves improved truck and the rise of production can be achieved on the basis of economic-mathematical modeling are presented in the article.
