Economic-mathematical models of optimization of management are offered by risk of the business plan of the investment project. Result of optimization is the industrial-financial plan providing a comprehensible risk level of the investor and a comprehensible risk level of the executor. Offered models is concerned to the problems of nonlinear mathematical programming and solved on PC with superstructure use «Search for solution» MS Excel.
