Any scientific analysis should be based on precisely defined terminological apparatus. It allows to increase reliability of the received scientific results and to avoid confusion in the methodological apparatus of the study. The institutional approach from the point of view theoretical bases of studying of economic mechanisms for formation of terms framework and theoretical representations about object of research are considered in the article.
