In the Russian Federation Law provides various organizational-legal forms of businesses. The actual direction of evaluation activities – business valuation allows to determine the cost of equity businesses. This article presents an overview of existing RF organizational-legal forms of business entities with analysis of object evaluation in each organizational-legal form.
