Working out of technical decisions and decrease means of environmental risks is an important part of strengthening ecological security industry and an important element of the innovative development of economy, as this it is defined of the energy strategy of Russia for the period to 2020. The article describes mechanism of technological innovation, created by metallurgical enterprises in the oil and gas sector.
