On the basis of data obtained from public sources, the comparative analysis of the integration of the production of weapons and military equipment in Russia and abroad, the extent of this process and its effectiveness on example of the world's largest producers are defined. Economic-mathematical toolkits of optimization of programs of integration structures of military-industrial complex are proposed.
