Conflicts of participants of strategic alliances in the innovation process are often connected with high uncertainty of the results of the alliance activity, which could lead to its disintegration and reduced competitiveness. The model of sustainability that allows to choose the most sustainable form of alliance, on the basis of the possible causes of dissolution is offered in the article.
