The formation of the concept of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of investment projects using the cluster approach

The authors identified the need to use the cluster approach to feasibility criterion innovation funds. The economic principles of construction and using of integral criterion to assess the effectiveness of investments in fixed capital are considered. Structural elements of the concept of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of investments in means of labor are offered.
