Modeling of innovation-oriented clusters in the context of improving balance development of regional economy

Improvement of balance development of regional economy it is possible on the basis of the involvement of economic-resource potential of underdeveloped areas in the structure of innovation oriented cluster. The cluster is formed on the basis of integration of big business, located in the industrial centers, and small business depressed territories. Algorithm for the formation of the innovation cluster is proposed.
