Foreign experience of regulation of rent relations in oil-and-gas complex and opportunity of its use in the Russian economy

In the article the comparative analysis of regulation of rent relations in the various countries and the regions extracting power resources is made; the review of ways of distribution of investment incomes in oil and gas branch is resulted; the optimum control system in rent potential of the Russian economy, considering all structure of public interests and the difficult mechanism of withdrawal of investment incomes in an oil and gas complex is offered.
