Economic estimation of labor costs in the region

In the article methods of economic estimation of labor costs to the realization of their reproductive and stimulating functions are presented. On materials of statistical inspections of the organizations of Sverdlovsk area the analysis is made and the economic estimation of expenses for labor in the region, necessary for their regulation and optimization is given. Possible directions of its perfection are considered.
