The analysis of self-sufficiency of the population by meat and meat production in scales of the country and in the region are offered, groups of regions on this indicator are allocated and investigated. For an estimation of differentiation of the population on consumption level of meat and meat production it is made the cluster analysis and generated cluster groups are investigated.
