In the conditions of demographic crisis search of new, non-standard approaches to its overcoming become urgent. In the article methodical principles of the analysis of parental work are considered. Working out and realization of techniques taking into account these principles will allow to receive results which will raise scientific character of decision-making in sphere of a demographic policy at regional and federal levels.
