Theoretical aspects of the analysis of charging customs duties constantly require new methods and practical application. The article discusses the value of the levying of customs duties under the Customs Union and their analysis; it is proposed and justified the charging of customs payments analysis algorithm using statistical methods, its approbation of the customs authorities of the region.
