In the article it is presented the analysis of product value chains of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of Russia. It is generated schema chains, identified the participants, their share in the distribution of added value and operating the links in the chains. Aspects of the balance of efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises also are considered.
