In the article the analysis of sector of the small and average enterprises Russia on regions, their quantity, a turn, number of the occupied is made. The positive dynamics expressed in growth of some indicators of business activity of sector of the small and average enterprises is marked. The special attention is given the small and average enterprises of a fuel and energy complex.
