In the article the structure of the tariff payments forming incomes of the enterprises of housing and communal services (housing and communal services) with 2002 on 2009 is analysed, pricing factors in the market of housing and communal services are revealed, the basic problems connected with crediting of objects of a municipal infrastructure are considered.
