In the article the review of existing representations about cycles of development of macroeconomic systems and the big technical systems is resulted. The model of interrelation of cycles of Kondratyev, cycles of development of macrotechnologies and the big technical systems is offered. Optimum terms of alternation of generations and size of changes of the big technical systems within a current cycle are offered.
