In the article the problem of a conceptual substantiation and a choice of a macroeconomic policy which would allow to solve problems facing economy, including counteraction to crisis and liquidation of disproportions is considered. The author shows qualitative changes in development of the Russian mechanical engineering and timber industry sector on the elementary structural model.
