In the article it is presented the prospects of development of cellular communications market, it is revealed the trend towards stabilization and saturation of the market, it is substantiated the necessity of moving enterprise of cellular communication to strategic type of economic activity. There is a requirement for methodical managements, supporting the processes of formulation and decision-making processes of the formation of integrated strategy of the enterprise.
