In the article the revolutionary project of reforms in the field of an education system in Great Britain is considered. The white book establishes the main principles necessary for full-scale reforms of formation. They include deep structural changes and special attention to standards, the plan for attraction and training of the best teachers, introduction of new directions in curriculums.
