In the article aspects of necessity of introduction of system of quality management in the Russian high schools, and also necessity of constant perfection of educational services within the limits of quality management strategy are defined. The example of introduction of teoretiko-methodical approaches and actions for perfection of quality of services within the limits of the educational organization is considered.
