The stagnation of world economy caused by financial crisis should be reflected in manufacture of vehicles. The Russian car industry also has tested the crisis phenomena. It is necessary formation of the financial mechanism of management by expenses on the basis of priority directions of development and key indicators for efficiency estimation.
