The article is devoted genesis of institutes of social -labor relations in Russia, is analyzed two parameters: the direction of an institutional trajectory and character of changes. It is revealed that the most of institutes save original chosen trajectory of development in the absence of obviously expressed character of changes of rules and procedures.
