In the article there is expediency of using the process approach to the management of technological processes in meat cattle breeding. It is offered technique for evaluating the effectiveness of process control system based on the use of quantitative indicators and expert opinions, reflecting the degree of achievement, taking into account the objectives of the process hierarchy.
