In the context of the ongoing demographic crisis raises the search mechanisms to improve the quality of existing and future human resources. This article discusses approaches to assessing the quality of the parent, are statistical indicators of its effectiveness. Their combination allows to lay the foundations for a system of payment of this work, enhance its status.
