In article are considered criteria and the indicators, characterizing comparison of system of quality management of the enterprise with reference model of business perfection (on the basis of national awards of quality) on the certain mechanism by means of rating methods and taking into account weightiness of each indicator which are a version of expert methods of estimation are considered.
