Article is dedicated to the problems of restructuring at the corporate and branch levels and is directed toward the expansion of the existing set of instruments of production management in this region. Is given the author's concept of the need for restructuring, is proposed systematic approach to the estimation of the economic effectiveness of the procedures based on the example to the cement industry of Krasnodar edge.
