The article presented the project of strategic optimization model of risk-enterprise system, the main elements of which are a portfolio approach to making management decisions, diversification policy and forecasting of financial-economic activities based on the author's methods of conformity assessment of the relevant parameters of risk system regionally focused industry factors.
