The use of economic and statistical methods, in particular, correlative-regression modeling allows you to identify the constraints to improve the food security of the region. Quality management, evaluation of the effectiveness of utilization of productive capacities allow to identify reserves growth of production, which is a precondition for adequate nutrition of the population.
