The impact of fiscal and structural policies on the deformation of the economy as a source of national economic crisis

Deformation of the economies of Argentina and Brazil due to internal reasons led them to a constitutional crisis. Unsustainable long-term budgetary costs led to structural deformation of the economy, which loses its effectiveness and inevitably closed in times of crisis. The author predicts a similar problem for Russia, unless increased the effectiveness of fiscal and structural policies.
