In the article the competitive advantages of company are examined and the model of dynamic control of commodity reserves is proposed. To the conclusion is made that balance the interests of company and user, without increasing commodity reserves, possibly due to the timely assignment of reductions in goods, an increase in professionalism and scope of salesman- consultants.
