This article outlines the main indicators assessing innovative capacity in the region and the effectiveness of innovation organizations of real sector of economy. On the basis of statistical data analysis of the innovation potential of Altai region, tendencies of the development of innovative economies in the region, evaluated the effectiveness of innovation organizations.
