Decision-making models in weakly structured regional economy systems

Is carried out the analysis of the internal and external factors, which influence the behavior of regional economic system. Cognitive models are augmented by the procedures of decision making, based on the use of a mathematical apparatus of the tasks of the optimum of rating. The model of decision making is proposed for the regional social and economic system and the simulation experiment of the development of region is carried out.
