By the author is proposed the integral approach to the organization of the analysis of investment- construction projects, which is characterized by close connection with the concept of the life cycle of investment project, which contributes to the guarantee of more complete agreement to tasks and to practical purposes of the subjects of investment- construction activity in all stages of making investment, administrative and financial decisions.
