Rationale for selecting contractor organization to carry out the construction works of affordable housing

Implementation of the priority national project «Accessible and comfortable habitation - citizens of Russia» without taking into account the financial status of contractors performing work may lead to the construction of inadequate quality. The author looks at the techniques justify the selection of the contractor organization capable of building quality affordable housing.
