Motivation of decision-making in the debtor's insolvency creditors pledge

If the borrower's insolvency creditor claims which are secured over property, property, must choose between restoring Enterprise solvency or liquidation. A major factor in making a decision is scrap value of mortgage, which in turn related to the level of specialization of assets.
