Growth of value of business reputation as key factor of cost of the company, basis of improvement of its financial indicators, maintenance of stability of its development involves actualization of a question about risks of business reputation, their identification and minimization. In this work author's definitions of reputation of the company and reputation’s risk are offered. On the basis of the analysis of economic sources and with use of results of the sociological research, conducted by authors, risk’s factors are defined, their ranging is considered, algorithms of management of reputation’s risks are formulated, principles and management tools are shown.
