A study of the influence of socio-economic patterns on the development of social policy is especially important for modern Russia. The goal is to verify hypotheses about the impact of statistical and dynamical regularities in the development of social policies, as well as the existence of relationship between short-, medium-and long-term economic cycles and the development of social policy.
