Adapted budgeting system efficiency

This survey covers special features of enterprises that are implementing experimental plans and projects as well as experimental production. It embraces also a system of factors that are the cause of an off-scheduled labor input. The worked-out technology for budget system adaptation is based on corrective factors. Using as example the database of engineering pilot product production, the efficiency of the technology is showed.
