The article describes economic-mathematical tools address some of the tasks associated with the analysis of innovation of hi-tech enterprises. Use the proposed approaches, models and metrics to improve the validity of innovative projects and programmes to reduce the risks of innovation and enhance its effectiveness in post-crisis.
