This article is based on valid scientific analysis of human capital as a factor of economic growth and development of agrarian industry. For a long time in the countryside have negative socio-economic processes, resulting in loss of human capital. Considered necessary large-scale investments in human capital for sustainable economic growth and the creation of a modern agricultural sector.
