The methodological problems in economic-technological growth of the country through an estimation of laws in a question of interaction of growth and national economy development are considered. The reasons of delay of rates of modernisation and innovative activity are opened. Ways with which help it is necessary to stop a lowering trend of development of modernisation of manufactures and as a whole the Russian economy are offered.
