In article the review of strategy on a number of the countries taking the first places in ratings of competitiveness and showing unsatisfactory results is presented. It is revealed that, despite similar statistics, economic, social and political processes in the different countries and under different external conditions proceed under different scenarios. Efficiency of application of accurate strategy on competitiveness increase is proved.
