At the present time remains the need to find the sources needed for the reproduction of the Russian economy. A promising direction is to ensure that the positive dynamics of growth of labor productivity. In this work the content of the category «labor productivity», an adequate market conditions. A classification of factors of productivity growth in the enterprise, based on system analysis is based logic of the problem of increasing productivity.
