The proposed approaches of the modernization of the system of management of VUZ (Institute of Higher Education) remain debatable. The group of developers with the participation of the author developed the information- communication line system, which allows at the resource level on the basis of net interaction to ensure the horizontal integration of Institute of Higher Education. Is developed the program product of information system «Electronic university».
