The factors of production are most important functional components of the economies, whose successful interaction leads to an increase in the welfare of state. The equation of the simulation of the rate of the development of the factors of production taking into account the influence of economic medium is obtained. Is determined the economic number, which is been the characteristic of the level of the development of national economy.
