Lawful bases and methods of the analysis of forecast effect from the performance of the contract of the lifelong content are represented. Basic bookkeeping records on the calculation of the corresponding economic operations are given. The developed methods of the evaluation of economic effect will make it possible at the stage of preliminary understandings to form the mutually beneficial complex of rights and responsibilities of the future subjects of relations.
